Unlike volume-driven models, Elenarc does not use preset or minimum hour thresholds. Treatment intensity is determined through clinical assessment and ongoing data review — ensuring recommendations reflect medical necessity, functional need, and the child’s developmental profile rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
